IMAGICA SCANNERS USED ON SIX FILMS NOMINATED FOR ACADEMY AWARDS(R)

January 26, 2005...IMAGICA Corp., the industry leader in digital film scanners, announced that its scanners were used to scan the following films; The Aviator, Finding Neverland, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Passion of the Christ, Spider-Man 2, and The Village, all of which have been nominated for Academy Awards(R) in a variety of categories.

In addition, IMAGICA film scanners have been used on such films as National Treasure, Ocean's Twelve, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Van Helsing, The Day After Tomorrow, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, America's Heart and Soul, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and many others.
