IMAGICA CONGRATULATES ACADEMY AWARD(R) WINNERS
-Imagica Scanners Used on 5 Award Winning Films & 7 Award Nominees Total-
IMAGICA Corp., the industry leader in film scanners, announced that its scanners were used to scan the following Academy Award(R) winning films: The Sea Inside, which won Best Foreign Film, Spider-Man 2, which won Best Visual Effects, The Aviator, Finding Neverland, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the latter three winning in a variety of categories.
In addition, IMAGICA scanners were used on The Village and The Passion of the Christ, which were also nominated for Academy Awards(R).
IMAGICA scanners have been used on such films as National Treasure, Ocean's Twelve, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Van Helsing, The Day After Tomorrow, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, America's Heart and Soul, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and many others.
