IMAGICA CORP. HIRES RICHARD ANTLEY AS VICE PRESIDENT

Digital Imaging Veteran Joins Imagica as Company Prepares to Launch New HSX Film Scanner and HSR Film Recorder

Los Angeles, CA (February 10, 2006)-Imagica Corp. of America, announced the hire of Richard Antley who has played a key role in helping bring solutions to the burgeoning field of digital intermediate (DI). This appointment underscores Imagica's commitment to the professional film and post-production market as it prepares to deliver its latest advancements in film scanning and recording technology. Antley brings over a decade of digital imaging experience, and as Vice President will oversee sales, marketing and support for North and South America.

In his six-and-a-half-year tenure with ARRI, Antley managed the company's digital imaging systems, establishing long-standing relationships with top studios, post-production and visual effects houses. He oversaw ARRI's laser recorder and scanner business and was instrumental in driving sales and marketing initiatives in the rollout of technology for the DI marketplace. Prior to ARRI, Antley was with Management Graphics, developers of the Solitaire Film Recorder and also spent several years developing and supporting digital imaging products for the pre-press market.
