As of July 1, 2006, IMAGICA Holdings Inc. has been renamed as Imagica Robot Holdings Inc. and reorganized its businesses.

As a result, some of our businesses have been spun-off and formed a company of their own. Our ex- digital broadcasting unit has now become IMAGICA TV Corp., visual content production unit IMAGICA Imageworks, Inc., and engineering unit IMAGICA Technologies Corp.
